USCIS has issued a notice that they will be holding a webinar to provide an instructional presentation of the new H-1B electronic registration system on the myUSCIS website for registrants on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
USCIS will be holding a webinar the following week, February 11th, for Attorneys and Representatives.
H-1B cap-subject petitioners, including those eligible for the advanced degree exemption, are required to first register prospective beneficiaries electronically with USCIS and pay the associated H-1B registration fee in order to enter the beneficiaries into the selection process for filing an H-1B cap-subject petition for FY 2021.
USCIS is hosting this webinar to allow users to familiarize themselves with the new electronic registration process.
Once USCIS processes your registration for the webinar, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details.
Our office will continue to provide updates on the H-1B electronic registration system throughout the next few weeks.
